Services Offered

Individual and Family Counseling.

I offer ongoing individual and family nutrition counseling for disordered eating, eating disorders, and pediatric populations. As a team, we develop goals and create practical plans to achieve them. Session frequency is determined collaboratively to meet the client’s needs. Some clients prefer to start with monthly or bimonthly sessions, others may require twice a week at the beginning.

Family Nutrition Education.

For expecting, new, or experienced parents, I offer personalized education sessions to:

  • Navigate the many practices of food introduction and review optimal nutrition for the various age groups.

  • Prepare the family with the language and routine goals to encourage a healthy relationship with food and eating.

  • Address methods to decrease the likelihood of raising a selective eater and discourage development of an eating disorder.

  • Answer food and nutrition questions and concerns regarding feeding a child from infancy to adolescence.

Available Sessions

  • A free, 15-minute consultation is encouraged before the first appointment.

  • Recurring, regular sessions are 50 minutes.

  • Initial Assessments include a 60-75 minute in-person or virtual session, initial coordination with other providers, formulation of a treatment plan, and reviewing of intake paperwork.

  • Nutrition Education topics are personalized to the requesting family’s interests & needs. Included in the service is the opportunity to ask follow up questions or concerns via phone or email.

    Education Sessions can be 60 or 75 minutes

    If a group of parents would like to share an education session, I am happy to offer group rates; please inquire for more information.

  • I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide a super bill to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursements are not guaranteed and are determined by the individual plan and benefits.
